Who you are
You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in reviewing and refining customer service content in Spanish (Mexico). You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring linguistic accuracy and natural language flow in translated materials. Your experience allows you to identify systemic quality issues and provide constructive feedback that contributes to continuous improvement efforts. You understand the importance of aligning content with project guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
You possess the ability to conduct second-pass quality reviews, validating and calibrating severity assessments to ensure consistency across batches. Your familiarity with machine translation processes enables you to identify recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies effectively. You are committed to delivering high-quality content that meets client expectations and enhances user experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct thorough quality reviews of Spanish (Mexico) customer service content, focusing on improving machine-translated materials. You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards, ensuring that all content is accurate and consistent. Your responsibilities will include identifying systemic machine translation quality issues and providing high-level qualitative feedback that contributes to final quality reporting. You will work on an ongoing project, with tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year, depending on client needs. Your work will directly impact the quality of customer service content, making it essential for you to stay updated on project guidelines and quality expectations.
