Who you are
You hold a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering, and have a strong foundation in machine learning principles and practices. Your experience includes working with large language models (LLMs) and you are familiar with various LLM toolkits and frameworks, such as LangChain and AutoGen. You have a passion for applying cutting-edge ML technologies to solve real-world marketing problems, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can mentor junior scientists and contribute to team culture.
You are proactive in staying up to date with the latest research in machine learning and are eager to propose innovative applications of these technologies. Your strong analytical skills enable you to translate product goals into well-defined ML problems, ensuring that solutions are both effective and aligned with business needs. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including ML engineers and product managers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of machine learning models, from problem definition to deployment in production. You will work on various LLM-related topics, including agents, chatbots, and RAG systems, collaborating with product teams to ensure that the models meet user needs. You will also conduct offline and online evaluations of the models, monitoring their performance and optimizing them continuously after deployment. Your role may involve mentoring junior scientists, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
