Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the SaaS sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of the chatbot industry landscape. Your bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You are self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment. Your excellent presentation and communication skills enable you to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are willing to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events, showcasing your commitment to building client relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify, prospect, and establish new client relationships with businesses seeking innovative chatbot solutions. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will understand client needs, provide tailored product demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition of our chatbot technology. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory or market segment. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support. Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing other effective sales strategies will be essential to your success.
