What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and implementing the overall sales strategy for OpenAI's Mid-Market Enterprise segment — you will recruit and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles. You will work closely with the Go To Market (GTM) team to help customers understand how to leverage AI products effectively, guiding them through the deployment process. Your responsibilities will include customer acquisition, account management, and owning executive relationships to ensure successful deployments. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, developer relations, operations, and core GTM teams to create valuable solutions for customers. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring your team and fostering a culture of success and innovation.
