Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the SaaS industry, with experience in handling large enterprise-level accounts. Your ability to develop relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers is a key strength, enabling you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You are adept at managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
Your technical acumen allows you to serve as a product expert for Appierβs AI solutions, delivering tailored proposals and customized presentations that resonate with clients. You possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written English, which facilitates effective internal collaboration and client interactions. You are detail-oriented, practicing data accuracy across internal sales tools to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Desirable
You have professional knowledge of terminology, trends, and concepts related to Data and AI products, which enhances your ability to engage with clients effectively. Experience in selling marketing systems, chat solutions, analytics, or customer data platforms (CDPs) is a plus, as is familiarity with the e-commerce or retail verticals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead sales efforts for Appierβs Enterprise Solution product suites, including Aiqua, Aixon, and BotBonnie. You will be responsible for developing these accounts from scratch, transforming them into strategic partners for Appier. Your responsibilities will include preparing and negotiating business proposals and quotations, coordinating cross-functional efforts to finalize contracts, and ensuring smooth integration schedules as necessary.
You will follow up and maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities for upselling. Your role will also involve practicing data accuracy across internal sales tools, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and providing forecasts to support team revenue goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
