Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in account management and channel development, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key partners. Your experience includes working closely with sales, supply planning, and finance teams to ensure effective product delivery and strategic account development. You are detail-oriented and possess the ability to influence across multi-functional teams in a matrix environment. Your strong work ethic, perseverance, and flexibility enable you to thrive in a dynamic setting. A BA degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of Romanian or Bulgarian is advantageous.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the distribution responsibilities, which include collaboration with regional supply planning and sales teams to analyze and deliver products effectively. You will develop and review supply and demand forecasts to ensure sufficient backlog for distributors in Romania and Bulgaria. Additionally, you will engage with monobrand partners to drive retail sales competencies and expand the monobrand channel in both countries. Your responsibilities will also involve ensuring a great in-store and digital experience for customers, as well as developing the SMB reseller channel. Regular travel will be required to meet with partners and stakeholders.
