Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess a strong understanding of RF exposure and compliance testing. You enjoy tackling complex challenges and have experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure product validation meets regulatory standards. Your analytical skills allow you to perform detailed marginality analysis and debug issues effectively. You are comfortable traveling to in-region CM/Factory locations to support product development and validation activities. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining high standards in testing setups and calibration.
What you'll do
As a Wireless RF Compliance Systems Engineer, you will work closely with in-region CM/Factory counterparts to plan and execute product development and validation activities. You will be responsible for characterizing radiated and conducted KPIs and validating RF exposure test cases for various regulatory domains. Your role will involve translating worldwide regulatory requirements into actionable test cases and coordinating with compliance teams to ensure thorough product validation. You will define and execute validation plans for RF exposure facing software features and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address design issues. Additionally, you will maintain test setups through periodic checks and calibration, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly for certification testing at third-party labs.
