Who you are

You have a BS degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in DDR design. Your background includes a strong understanding of digital design principles and you are skilled in writing detailed design specifications and test plans. You are familiar with working closely with architecture, circuit designers, and verification engineers to ensure high-quality outputs. Your experience includes providing high-quality RTL descriptions and using formal tools and static checkers to guarantee RTL quality. You are adept at supporting design verification to ensure bug-free first silicon and driving functional and code coverage.

Desirable

Experience in a collaborative environment is a plus, as is familiarity with low power applications and high-performance designs. You are results-oriented and motivated to tackle unsolved challenges, contributing to the creation of products that delight millions of users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for performing concept studies and providing direction regarding performance, gate count, and power for various digital designs. You will engage in all phases of the design process, from architecture definition to silicon bring-up and characterization. Your responsibilities will include writing detailed design specifications and test plans, collaborating closely with architecture, circuit designers, and verification engineers. You will provide high-quality RTL descriptions, including assertions, for the design and utilize formal tools and static checkers to ensure RTL quality. Additionally, you will support design verification to ensure the first silicon is bug-free, driving functional and code coverage as well as timing closure for your designs.
