Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in DFT solutions. Your attention to detail allows you to craft sophisticated solutions to complex challenges, ensuring that every aspect of the design is optimized for performance and efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various teams to bring innovative products to market.
Your expertise spans the complete DFT solution for design projects, including developing and implementing DFT architecture and infrastructure. You have a strong understanding of how to verify DFT implementations and are skilled at generating structural test vectors while analyzing and improving coverage. You are comfortable working with designers on STA, physical, power, and logical issues, ensuring that all aspects of the design meet the highest standards.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the center of a semiconductor design effort, collaborating with multiple engineering teams to ensure that Apple products can efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. You will develop and implement DFT architecture, working closely with the DV team to verify DFT implementations and implement ECOs. Your responsibilities will also include generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage to improve the overall design quality.
You will work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon, running schedules and supporting multi-functional engineering efforts. Your contributions will have a critical impact on getting functional products to millions of customers quickly, making your role essential to the success of Apple's next-generation processors.
