You have a strong engineering background and are eager to turn imaginative ideas into reality. As a Custom Timing Engineer, you will be at the center of hardware development, collaborating with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of functional products to millions of customers. You possess a keen understanding of circuit design and timing methodologies, which are crucial for supporting billions of Apple devices. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop timing models and methodologies that ensure the proper timing of innovative circuit topologies. You will act as a vital link between circuit designers, tool developers, and chip-level timing, validating transistor-level timing accuracy and timing test correctness. Your work will involve enabling global directives to support the design of sophisticated circuits that deliver extraordinary performance while consuming low power.
