Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations and contract management, with a proven track record of executing contract cycles in accordance with legal frameworks. Your experience includes driving reporting initiatives that provide consistent insights and performance metrics across sales teams.
You are adept at collaborating cross-functionally, ensuring that local needs are represented at a broader level. Your familiarity with tools like Salesforce allows you to drive transformation initiatives effectively, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the SHIP region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with EMEIA legal and contracts roadmap. You will lead reporting initiatives that enhance visibility into sales performance, working closely with the sales teams to provide actionable insights.
You will also drive the implementation of new tools and systems, representing local needs at the EMEIA level to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including Store Experience and Sales Training, to align strategies and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
