You have a strong background in sales operations and contract management, with experience in driving initiatives that enhance sales processes and systems. Your expertise in Salesforce allows you to implement new tools and ensure they meet local needs while aligning with broader organizational goals. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with various departments, including finance and sales teams, to achieve common objectives.
You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to drive reporting initiatives that provide consistent insights and performance metrics across sales teams. Your attention to detail ensures that contract cycles are executed in accordance with legal and contractual guidelines, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for executing contract cycles in alignment with the EMEIA legal and contracts roadmap. You will drive reporting initiatives across the Sales Planning & Operations (SP&O) and sales teams, ensuring that insights and performance metrics are consistent and effective. Your role will involve transforming sales tools, particularly Salesforce, across Italy, Hellenics, Spain, and Portugal, while representing local needs at the EMEIA level to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including POS Operations, Sales Training, and Finance, to ensure that all aspects of sales contracts and systems are effectively managed. Your ability to communicate and work with diverse teams will be crucial in driving the success of sales initiatives and enhancing the overall efficiency of the sales organization.
