Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in SOC verification, showcasing your deep understanding of SOC architecture and meticulous attention to detail. Your experience with HVL and HDL, particularly System Verilog and Verilog, allows you to develop reusable testbenches and verification environments effectively. You are familiar with HVL methodologies such as UVM, OVM, and VMM, which are essential for your role. Your solid verification skills in problem-solving, constrained random testing, and debugging make you a valuable asset to the team. You possess a strong understanding of digital logic design, chip architecture, and microarchitecture, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various disciplines. As a great teammate, you have excellent communication skills and a desire to take on diverse challenges.
What you'll do
As a SOC Verification Engineer, you will be at the heart of the chip design effort, collaborating with a dedicated team across multiple fields. Your primary responsibility will be the pre-silicon RTL verification of block and top-level SOCs, ensuring that designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will interact with RF/Analog architecture and design, Systems/PHY/MAC architecture and design, VLSI/RTL design and integration, and other engineering disciplines to develop and implement verification strategies. You will deploy the latest methodologies with metric-driven verification to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the verification process. Your role will involve problem-solving and debugging complex issues, contributing to the overall success of the wireless silicon development team.
