Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in wireless technology. Your expertise lies in verifying complex digital ASICs, and you have a proven track record of successful silicon tapeouts. You possess deep knowledge of ASIC verification flows, particularly with SystemVerilog and UVM, and are familiar with best practices in testbench architecture.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with design, RF, PHY, systems, and integration teams. Your strong analytical skills enable you to develop comprehensive verification strategies that ensure robust wireless operation across diverse scenarios and environmental conditions. You are passionate about shaping next-gen wireless technology and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
What you'll do
As a Wireless Radio Verification Engineer, you will lead the verification of Radio digital controllers and Digital+RF subsystems that enable exceptional wireless performance. You will architect verification environments for complex radio control and transceiver paths, including PLLs, DAC/ADC data paths, and power management systems. Your role will involve developing sophisticated testbenches and comprehensive scenarios to ensure first-time-right silicon success.
You will work closely with the Wireless Connectivity team to shape the future of wireless technology from concept through production. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional collaboration, developing verification strategies, and ensuring that the wireless products meet Apple's high standards for performance and reliability. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continuous improvement of verification methodologies.
