Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in wireless technology. Your understanding of ASIC verification flows with SystemVerilog, including UVM testbench development, is strong, and you are skilled in scenario creation and RTL simulation. You have experience developing verification environments and debugging functional infrastructure, which allows you to bridge the gap between digital verification and RF/analog domains effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with design, RF, PHY, and systems teams to understand radio specifications. Your ability to develop comprehensive test strategies and own subsystem verification from test planning through coverage closure is essential. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring first-time-right silicon success through sophisticated testbenches and comprehensive scenarios.

What you'll do

As a Wireless Radio Verification Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for verifying Radio digital controllers combined with RF subsystems that enable exceptional wireless performance. You will develop verification environments for complex radio control and transceiver paths, including PLLs, DAC/ADC data paths, power management, and co-existence mechanisms. Your role will emphasize digital verification while collaborating with various teams to ensure that the verification process aligns with the overall project goals.

You will own the verification process from test planning to coverage closure, building testbench components and scenarios that exercise complex radio control sequences and operating modes. Your contributions will directly impact the development of next-gen wireless technology that connects millions of Apple products worldwide. You will also be involved in debugging and bringing up designs in simulation, ensuring that all aspects of the verification process are thoroughly executed.
