You have a proven track record in partnership management, with experience sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value deals. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to create partnerships that serve as growth channels for the business. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building relationships that drive success.

You understand the dynamics of B2B platforms and have experience working with SaaS products, analytics tools, and referral partnerships. Your ability to manage budgets effectively ensures that you can allocate resources wisely to maximize growth opportunities. You are detail-oriented and can oversee the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from identifying opportunities to signing contracts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building a partnerships engine that scales AppLovin's advertiser growth exponentially. You will manage a large annual budget dedicated to developing referral partnerships with various B2B platforms, including Shopify apps and analytics tools. Your focus will be on executing podcast partnerships that drive real user acquisition, ensuring that each partnership aligns with the company's growth objectives.

You will identify potential partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts, ensuring that all agreements are beneficial for both parties. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals. You will also track the performance of partnerships and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
