Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing enterprise clients. Your ability to build long-term relationships is complemented by your strategic thinking and understanding of client business objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate value propositions effectively and provide thought leadership to clients. Your proactive approach to customer service ensures that you address challenges before they escalate, maximizing client retention and satisfaction. You are results-driven, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets while managing a portfolio of clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire commercial lifecycle for AppsFlyer’s enterprise clients, guiding them through sales, expansions, renewals, and beyond. You will be responsible for pursuing new business prospects and growing existing accounts through strategic sales initiatives. Your focus will be on building trust with clients by understanding their unique business needs and providing insights that lead to impactful solutions.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, customer success, and marketing, to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are effectively delivered. Your role will involve executing strategies to maximize retention and minimize churn, ensuring that clients receive impeccable service throughout their journey with AppsFlyer. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
