Overview

Ivalua is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to deepen relationships with key customers and drive growth in the South EMEA region. This role focuses on up- and cross-selling Ivalua's procurement solutions. Experience in account management is essential.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the software or procurement industry. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and have a proven track record of driving sales growth within established accounts. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. You are results-oriented and thrive in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding your sales goals.

Desirable

Experience in cloud-based solutions or procurement software is a plus. Familiarity with the EMEA market and its dynamics will help you navigate client needs effectively. You are adaptable and can work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-person meetings as needed.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Manager at Ivalua, you will be responsible for establishing Ivalua as a trusted advisor to key clients. You will work closely with larger established customers to deepen relationships and identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling our procurement solutions. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to align our offerings with client expectations and drive innovation in supplier collaboration. Additionally, you will carry an annual software subscription booking target, requiring you to develop strategic plans to achieve your sales goals.
