Who you are
You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers and processes. Your experience in sales operations or a similar role has equipped you with the skills to manage deal structures and approvals effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth operations. Your ability to spot issues early and propose compliant solutions makes you a trusted partner to the sales team. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean deal pipeline and are adept at prioritizing requests to meet internal SLAs.
Desirable
Experience in a tech company or familiarity with SaaS sales processes would be a plus. You are comfortable using data analytics tools to identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification. A background in revenue operations or deal desk management would enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
What you'll do
As a Deal Desk Specialist at AppsFlyer, you will review and route deals for approval, ensuring alignment with our pricing, discounting, and commercial policies. You will be the go-to person for Sales representatives, answering questions on standard terms, product configurations, and deal submission requirements. Your role will involve managing the deal queue, prioritizing requests, and ensuring that the deal pipeline moves efficiently. You will also be responsible for spotting issues early, such as missing information or incorrect pricing math, and helping to propose compliant paths forward. Your insights will contribute to improving how we work, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance efficiency.
