You have experience in business operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales processes and contract management. You excel at coordinating between multiple teams and ensuring that all aspects of the deal process run smoothly. Your attention to detail and organizational skills enable you to manage complex workflows effectively.
You are comfortable working with data and metrics to drive decisions, and you understand the importance of compliance in quoting and contract workflows. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy being the connective tissue between different departments, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
What you'll do
As a Deal Desk Specialist at Kiddom, you will support the sales cycle by managing the end-to-end order process. This includes reviewing and structuring deals, ensuring timely and accurate quoting, and maintaining compliance with internal policies. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Customer Success teams to facilitate a frictionless experience for all stakeholders.
You will be instrumental in enabling scalable growth by improving operational efficiency and ensuring accurate business metrics. Your role will involve analyzing workflows and identifying areas for improvement, allowing the company to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
