Overview

AppsFlyer is hiring a Recruiter (Independent Contractor) to provide strategic recruiting support for their North America Go-to-Market organization. You'll focus on identifying and delivering qualified candidates while managing the candidate pipeline. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in recruitment.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in recruitment, particularly within Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. Your experience allows you to identify and engage qualified candidates effectively, ensuring they meet the specific criteria established for each search. You are detail-oriented and excel in managing candidate pipelines, facilitating introductions, and coordinating communications throughout the hiring process.

You are comfortable working as an independent contractor and understand the nuances of delivering results without the traditional employee benefits. Your ability to provide market intelligence and insights on talent availability and compensation trends is a key asset in this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and timelines.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent pipeline of vetted candidates who align with AppsFlyer's hiring needs. You will manage the entire search process, from candidate sourcing to interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your expertise in utilizing ATS tools, such as Greenhouse, will be essential for tracking candidate progress and maintaining organized records.

You will prepare professional summaries for all presented candidates, highlighting their qualifications and fit for the roles. Additionally, you will provide weekly updates summarizing active searches and candidate progress, along with insights on market trends and competitor activity. Your contributions will directly impact the success of AppsFlyer's recruitment efforts, helping to build a strong team that drives the company's growth.

What we offer

This is an independent contractor position with a duration of 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Compensation will be hourly, aligned with the defined deliverables and your level of expertise. You will collaborate directly with designated stakeholders at AppsFlyer, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment focused on data-driven decision-making.
