Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical roles — you've successfully sourced, engaged, and closed top-tier engineering talent, demonstrating your ability to navigate the complexities of the tech landscape. Your understanding of developer communities and technical stacks allows you to connect with candidates effectively, ensuring you can identify the best fit for the team.
You are proficient with ATS platforms, specifically Ashby, and have experience using various sourcing tools and employer branding strategies — this expertise enables you to streamline the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience. You thrive in fast-paced environments, showcasing your ability to develop and execute hiring strategies independently while collaborating closely with founders and team leads.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers — your focus will be on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. You will ensure that every candidate has an outstanding experience through clear communication and continuous process improvements, making the recruitment journey as smooth as possible.
You will experiment with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies to attract exceptional talent — your innovative approach will help Infisical stand out in the competitive talent market. Collaborating with the founders, you will define the hiring strategy and contribute to shaping the company's culture by bringing in individuals who align with Infisical's mission and values.
