What you'll do
As the Support Team Leader at AppsFlyer, you will lead a team of approximately five experienced Support Engineers, focusing on hiring, mentoring, and coaching them to deliver exceptional customer support. You will collaborate with Support Management to define team KPIs and lead regular reporting cadences, ensuring that your team meets its goals. You will be hands-on with technical cases, stepping in to resolve complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
Your role will involve building and scaling internal workflows using automation, dashboards, and GenAI, enhancing the efficiency of the support function. You will also be responsible for streamlining the initial triage process and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process. By collaborating closely with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams, you will drive the resolution of technical issues across the AppsFlyer platform, contributing to the overall success of the company.
