AQR Capital Management is hiring an Internal Sales Representative - U.S. Wealth Associate to engage with taxable U.S. investors and their advisors. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships and providing investment solutions. This role requires strong communication and relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales or business development, ideally within the financial services sector. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you understand the nuances of engaging with taxable U.S. investors and their advisors. You are detail-oriented and possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values transparency and innovation.

Desirable

Experience working with institutional investors or in a wealth management context is a plus. Familiarity with investment strategies and financial products will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a knack for leveraging data to drive decision-making.

What you'll do

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be a key member of the U.S. Wealth Team, responsible for engaging with clients and advisors to educate them about AQR's investment solutions. You will manage existing client relationships while actively seeking new opportunities to expand AQR's presence in the market. Your role will involve collaborating with the Business Development group to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will participate in client meetings, presentations, and educational sessions, helping to convey AQR's value proposition effectively.
