You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the company's vision and motivate your team. Your ability to coach and mentor sales professionals is key to fostering a culture of success and accountability. You understand the nuances of the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising landscape and can leverage this knowledge to create impactful sales strategies.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Sales at Screenverse, you will own the vision and execution of the sales strategy, directly impacting the company's trajectory towards achieving $100M+ in annual revenue. You will lead the sales organization, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed. Your role will involve defining how to win by market, channel, and buyer, while also coaching the team on deal strategies.

You will collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other executives to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. Your hands-on leadership style will be crucial in building a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability and results. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize revenue opportunities.
