What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling product and application queries and ensuring timely resolution of issues. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex challenges and play a critical role in onboarding new clients and users, ensuring they have a smooth experience with the platform.

Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day platform support, enhancing the overall client experience, and continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery. You will also be involved in gathering client feedback to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
