You are a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and impact. Your experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the nonprofit or public sector, equips you to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and build lasting relationships. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with customer needs and are passionate about making a positive impact through your work.
You have a proven track record of managing accounts effectively, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships. Your skills in defining territory and account strategies enable you to work efficiently with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of nonprofit customers, serving as their main point of contact and driving revenue growth. You will define territory and account strategies that enable sales velocity, partnering closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Representatives, and Customer Success Managers to streamline the sales process. Your responsibilities will include navigating enterprise environments to map stakeholders, build champions, and generate buy-in for Asana's solutions. You will also collaborate with Asana's Channel partners to enhance the sales process for customers purchasing through resellers.
You will play a key role in building out Asana's public sector go-to-market strategy, ensuring that the needs of education and public sector customers are met. Your ability to drive results and foster relationships will be crucial in expanding Asana's presence in these sectors. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies that align with Asana's mission to create positive change in the world.
