What you'll do

As a Customer Account Executive at Braze, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing relationships within our customer base. You will own specific customer relationships and serve as the account lead, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Services, and Product. Your role will focus on driving account growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
