You stay current on pricing and packaging strategies to ensure that clients receive maximum value from Asana's offerings.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that renewals are processed smoothly. Your communication skills enable you to engage effectively with decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of the renewal process are handled with care and professionalism. You are proactive in maintaining an accurate forecast of renewals, allowing for strategic planning and execution.
What you'll do
As a Renewal Manager at Asana, you will be responsible for negotiating all facets of contract renewals, utilizing your commercial judgment to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships. You will engage with decision-makers to identify customer requirements, budget constraints, and approval processes, ensuring that all roadblocks are addressed promptly. Your role will involve developing and delivering win/win negotiation strategies that benefit both Asana and its clients.
You will maintain a rolling 150-day forecast to ensure that renewals are on track and that any potential issues are identified early. Your ability to analyze customer needs and demonstrate strong account management capabilities will be crucial in driving on-time renewal closures. You will collaborate with various teams within Asana to ensure that customer satisfaction remains high and that clients are realizing the full value of their licenses.
