What you'll do
As a Renewals Manager at GitLab, you will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a defined portfolio of customers. This includes engaging with customers well ahead of their renewal dates to discuss their needs and expectations. You will lead pricing and commercial discussions, negotiating terms that align with both customer satisfaction and company revenue goals. Your role will involve analyzing customer usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that can enhance their experience with GitLab.
You will collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure that customers are aware of new features and updates that can benefit them. Your insights will help shape the customer journey, making it more efficient and effective. You will also be responsible for tracking renewal metrics and reporting on your progress to senior management, ensuring that you meet or exceed your targets.
