You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly within regulated industries such as government and financial services. Your ability to navigate complex compliance requirements while crafting compelling value propositions is essential for success in this role. You understand the nuances of regulatory frameworks like FedRAMP, FISMA, SOC 2, and FINRA, and can translate this knowledge into effective marketing strategies. You are a strong collaborator, working closely with Revenue, Product, Legal, Security, and Field Marketing teams to execute compliance-focused programs that drive revenue growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to create impactful sales plays and certification-ready content that resonates with target audiences.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing tech company is a plus, as is familiarity with lifecycle marketing and revenue marketing strategies. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and can adapt to the needs of a diverse team. Your passion for building technology that drives positive change aligns with Asana's mission to help teams work together effortlessly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Asana's global marketing strategy for regulated industries. You will create and execute marketing campaigns that target net new accounts while nurturing existing customer relationships. Your focus will be on developing content that highlights the value of Asana's FedRAMP-compliant solution and broader platform to government agencies and financial institutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts align with compliance requirements and effectively communicate Asana's value proposition. You will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Your role will involve presenting to stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on regulatory matters, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are compliant and impactful.
