You have experience in customer support or a related field, and you are comfortable using tools like Slack to communicate effectively with customers. You are adaptable and can handle various customer inquiries, from simple questions to more complex issues. You are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a growing team and help shape the future of customer support at Assembled.

What you'll do

In this role, you will interact with customers over Slack, providing them with the assistance they need to understand and utilize Assembled's product effectively. You will be responsible for resolving issues that customers face, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your insights from customer interactions will be invaluable in helping the product team prioritize bugs and feature requests, allowing you to have a direct impact on the product's development.

You will also have the opportunity to build internal processes that enhance the efficiency of the support team. As a founding member of the Technical Support team, you will play a crucial role in establishing a culture of excellence and customer-centricity within the organization. You will collaborate with other team members to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to the company's mission.
