Who you are

You have a strong technical background and are eager to become the go-to expert on how Metaview's AI solutions work under the hood. You enjoy digging into logs, spotting patterns, and turning one-off problems into scalable solutions. Your experience in technical support or a related field has equipped you with the skills to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable communicating with various teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering. You are available during PST hours to support US customers, but you appreciate the flexibility of not needing to be based in the San Francisco office.

What you'll do

As a Technical Support Engineer at Metaview, you will play a crucial role in building out the company's first dedicated technical support function. Your primary responsibility will be to provide fast and expert troubleshooting for customers, ensuring they receive the technical guidance they need. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Your insights will help improve the overall customer experience and contribute to the continuous scaling of Metaview's operations.
