You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to align customer success with marketing initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Ataccama's social media presence and customer engagement initiatives. You will develop and execute strategies to highlight customer success stories, ensuring that these narratives resonate with potential clients and industry leaders. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to identify marquee wins and leverage them as social proof in marketing campaigns. Your mission is to build a vibrant community of data leaders who can advocate for Ataccama's solutions, driving external validation and market growth. You will analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies and ensure that the community remains active and engaged. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with customer insights, ensuring that Ataccama's value proposition is effectively communicated.
