Overview

AuditBoard is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in large publicly listed and privately held accounts. You'll operate from Amsterdam and contribute to the company's mission of transforming audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec processes.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the audit, risk, or information security sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients has led to successful new logo acquisitions and expansions within existing accounts. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by the opportunity to drive business transformation. You understand the importance of leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and are passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at AuditBoard, you will take ownership of an enterprise territory, focusing on both new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with the Area Director EMEA to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve engaging with key stakeholders at large organizations, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how AuditBoard's solutions can drive value.

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, will be essential in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You will also leverage customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience.
