Overview
AvePoint is hiring a Partner Program Specialist to provide technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend. You'll work with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires 2+ years of experience in business operations or partner/channel roles.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or partner/channel roles — you've successfully navigated the complexities of working with cross-functional teams and understand the nuances of partner business models. Your proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook) allows you to manage tasks efficiently and communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.
Your experience with CRM, PRM, or similar business platforms gives you a strong advantage in this role — you know how to leverage these tools to support channel operations and improve system performance. Excellent communication skills in English enable you to articulate technical specifications clearly to IT and Development teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated effectively.
You are proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a globally distributed team — your ability to troubleshoot and provide user assistance makes you a valuable asset in supporting the Partner Portal. Understanding partner business models is preferred, as it helps you align technical solutions with business needs.
Desirable
Experience with CRM Dynamics, Power BI, or partner ecosystem tools is a nice-to-have — these skills will enhance your ability to track Cloud Marketplace performance and optimize SKU offerings. A background in IT, business analysis, or program management will further strengthen your candidacy, as it aligns with the technical and operational aspects of the role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend — your responsibilities will include configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including CRM, Marketing, Channel Sales, and Analytics teams, to deliver system improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
You will support Channel Operations activities, such as tracking Cloud Marketplace performance and optimizing SKU offerings — your insights will help drive strategic decisions that impact partner success. Assisting in preparing user documentation and supporting change management for partners will also be key aspects of your role, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and equipped to utilize the systems effectively.
What we offer
At AvePoint, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation — we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development. Our office is located in the Artemis Building in Hanoi, providing a vibrant workspace where you can thrive.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits, along with a culture that promotes work-life balance and employee well-being. Join us in making a significant impact in the partner ecosystem and contributing to the success of our clients and partners.
