Who you are

You have experience supporting acquisition, partnerships, or performance marketing channels — you've successfully managed campaigns that drive customer engagement and growth. Familiarity with physical and offline marketing tactics such as flyers, inserts, or gift cards is essential for this role. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to derive insights from data to optimize performance and drive results. Your negotiation skills enable you to onboard high-impact partners effectively, ensuring a diverse portfolio that sustains long-term growth. You are proactive in identifying new partnership opportunities and innovative acquisition programs, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable and scalable growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and growth of the Gift Cards & Flyers channel across HelloFresh, Chefs Plate, and Factor. You will drive the national rollout of in-store and digital gift cards, introducing new acquisition levers and maintaining ongoing channel performance. Your responsibilities will include forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for the channel, ensuring positive ROI and alignment with the business plan. You will lead testing and innovation across the channel, including flyering programs and insert creative, continuously improving performance through data-driven insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work to enhance customer acquisition strategies and optimize existing programs.

What we offer

HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $60,000—$70,000 CAD, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
