You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in software solutions. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with customers at multiple levels, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the pre and post-sales process. You are skilled in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth in existing customer accounts. You understand the importance of customer retention and are committed to fostering a positive experience for clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Account Executive at AvePoint, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our software solutions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction during the pre and post-sales process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
