Navan is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive sales and build relationships with clients. You'll manage the full sales cycle and work closely with C-level executives. This role requires a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role. You are motivated and self-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives is essential, as you will be presenting Navan's value proposition to potential clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at managing multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. You understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process and beyond.
Desirable
Experience in the travel or expense management industry is a plus, as is familiarity with value-based sales approaches. You are comfortable using CRM tools to track sales activities and manage your pipeline effectively. A background in working with small to mid-market companies will help you navigate the unique challenges and opportunities in this segment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold-calling to conducting demos and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating a robust pipeline of opportunities and closing 1-2 deals per month. Your understanding of Navan's solutions will enable you to articulate their value to potential clients effectively. You will multi-thread into various departments within client organizations to build a compelling business case for Navan's platform, ultimately presenting to C-level executives for budget approval. Post-sale, you will collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a successful launch and ongoing usage of Navan's platform, maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Navan offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $175,000, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
