Delinea is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to be a key technical partner within their Customer Success teams. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and success. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in customer-facing positions.

You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is one of your key strengths. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and providing solutions that enhance their experience with the product. Your passion for technology and customer satisfaction drives you to continuously improve processes and outcomes. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and are committed to their success.
Desirable
Experience with identity security solutions or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and cloud-native solutions will help you excel in this role. A background in technical support or engineering can also be beneficial. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as needed to support customer needs.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be embedded within regional Customer Success teams, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure that clients are achieving their desired outcomes with Delinea's products. You will provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to understand and utilize the full capabilities of the Identity Security Platform. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical workshops to empower customers and enhance their experience. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve them promptly. Your insights will help shape product improvements and customer engagement strategies, ensuring that Delinea continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
