What you'll do

As an Interaction/UX Designer at AvePoint, you will lead user research initiatives to gather insights into user needs and behaviors. You will develop user models based on your research findings, which will guide the design process and inform product capabilities. Your role will involve defining context scenarios and crafting narratives that illustrate the ideal user experiences the team aims to achieve.

You will describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user goals and tasks, ensuring that successful interactions are clearly articulated. Your design work will encompass the overall structure and behavior of the system, focusing on information flows and workflows that enhance usability. You will also be responsible for testing and refining the product through evaluative research, iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that user experience considerations are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for products used by the Financial Industry and MAS officers for Financial Supervision functions.
