What you'll do

As the Director of UX Design, you will define next-generation user interaction models for the AI era, focusing on agent- and assistant-based conversational interfaces. You will lead the visual and interaction design systems across all platforms—mobile, desktop, and web—to ensure consistency, usability, and quality. Your role will involve driving culturally sensitive and localized design strategies for global audiences, particularly in key markets like North America, East Asia, and Europe.

You will create explainable, iterative, and dialog-driven user experiences that leverage the full power of AI, enabling seamless human-AI collaboration. Building and managing a high-performing, cross-cultural design team will be a key responsibility, as will establishing scalable processes, tools, and design systems that promote efficiency and creativity.
