You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you've successfully built and managed relationships with key partners, driving mutual growth and success. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through as you identify opportunities and develop strategies to enhance partner engagement and collaboration.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can effectively convey complex ideas and foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams is essential, as you will partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on goals and initiatives.
You are data-driven and results-oriented — you understand the importance of metrics in evaluating partnership success and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage the partner ecosystem for AvePoint, focusing on strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that align with our go-to-market plan, ensuring that our partners are equipped to deliver value to their customers.
You will engage with key stakeholders within partner organizations to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration — your goal is to create win-win scenarios that benefit both AvePoint and our partners. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure that our partner offerings are aligned with customer needs and market demands.
Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance will be a key part of your responsibilities — you will use data to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and make recommendations for improvements. Your insights will help shape our partner strategy and drive continuous improvement.
