You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. You thrive in collaborative environments and are dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. You are proactive and take initiative, always looking for ways to improve processes and partner experiences.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity compliance or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with partner programs and the ability to analyze partner performance metrics will set you apart. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial, as it will help you understand the challenges partners face in promoting Secureframe's solutions.

What you'll do

As a Partner Account Manager at Secureframe, you will act as a key advisor and guide for our service partners. Your mission is to enable partners to market, sell, implement, manage, and support their services powered by Secureframe effectively. You will work closely with partners to understand their needs and provide them with the resources they require to thrive. This includes conducting training sessions, providing marketing materials, and offering ongoing support. You will also be responsible for monitoring partner performance and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that partners can deliver exceptional value to their clients through Secureframe's solutions.
