You are a collaborative and curious individual who thrives in a remote-first environment. You have a passion for putting customers first and enjoy engaging with various technical and management functions within an organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a trusted advisor for customers. You are motivated to help customers realize the value of their investment in Cribl solutions and are ready to drive the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.

You understand the importance of data in IT and Security and are eager to help customers build out data pipelines that transform their organizations. Your technical expertise allows you to demonstrate the value of Cribl in business discussions with company executives, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes. You are comfortable coordinating and strategizing across several functions to enable customers to realize continuous value from Cribl's offerings.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will act as a strategic advisor for customers, guiding them through the entire Customer Success lifecycle. You will engage with customers to understand their data goals and help them implement Cribl solutions effectively. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer needs and drive product adoption. By leveraging your technical knowledge, you will assist customers in building out their data pipelines and demonstrate how Cribl can solve their most pressing data challenges. Your goal will be to help customers achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of their investment in Cribl.
