You have a strong engineering background with experience in customer-facing roles — you understand the nuances of technical solutioning and can translate complex challenges into actionable plans. You thrive in consultative environments, working closely with customers to ensure their success with the Postman platform. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly to meet the evolving needs of customers, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance.

Desirable

Experience with API development or management is a plus — you understand the API lifecycle and can provide insights that enhance customer workflows. Familiarity with cloud technologies and integration processes will help you excel in this role, as you guide customers through their technical implementations.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer at Postman, you will be responsible for consulting on the technical implementation path for our enterprise customers. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that drive value. Your role will involve architecting workflows within Postman, ensuring that customers can effectively utilize the platform to meet their goals. You will also be tasked with creating repeatable solutions that can be scaled across our customer base, enhancing the overall customer experience.

You will engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide expert guidance on best practices for using Postman. This includes conducting training sessions, creating documentation, and offering ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the platform. Your technical expertise will be crucial in helping customers navigate complex integrations and workflows, ultimately leading to increased satisfaction and retention.
