Who you are
You have extensive experience in enablement strategy and execution, ideally within a B2B environment. Your leadership skills allow you to effectively partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to drive key initiatives and communicate business impact. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure success and inform your strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about empowering teams to achieve their goals.
Desirable
Experience in sales enablement or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with revenue operations and product marketing will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
As the Principal Field Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for defining and owning the enablement strategy at 6sense. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to design and implement programs that enhance the effectiveness of sales teams. Your role will involve analyzing data to assess the impact of enablement initiatives and making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will lead cross-functional projects that require coordination between various teams, including Sales Operations and Product Marketing, to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
