What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at AvePoint, you will partner with sales executives throughout the sales lifecycle, acting as the key technical resource. You will perform technical presentations of AvePoint solutions, focusing on how they address customer concerns related to SharePoint and Office 365. Your role will involve educating customers on the features and benefits of our software and services, helping them understand how our solutions can solve their specific challenges.

You will also be responsible for gathering customer requirements and providing feedback to the product team to help shape future offerings. Your expertise will be crucial in demonstrating the value of our solutions, ultimately assisting in the successful closing of new deals. You will engage in technical discussions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about our products.
