What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with sales executives, serving as the key technical lead throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. You will present and demonstrate AvePointβs product offerings, both remotely and on-site, ensuring that potential customers understand how the solutions can meet their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include building Proof of Concept environments tailored to customer requirements, showcasing product capabilities that align with their objectives.
You will participate in writing proposals in response to RFIs and RFPs, highlighting how AvePoint solutions can deliver attractive returns on investment. As the customer advocate, you will communicate customer needs and feedback to the AvePoint product management and development teams, ensuring that the solutions evolve to meet market demands. Your role will be pivotal in assisting the sales team to identify and understand customer business objectives, ultimately contributing to the successful closing of new deals.
