Toptal is hiring a Technology Presales Consultant to support revenue growth by preparing and positioning complex technology solutions for enterprise and SMB customers. This role requires a strong understanding of modern technology and consultative solution selling skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in consultative solution selling, demonstrating your ability to understand and translate business challenges into compelling technology value propositions. With at least 1+ years in a Presales Operations capability and 3+ years in a Solution Architect role, you are well-versed in the nuances of technology solutions and their applications in real-world scenarios. Your strong understanding of modern technology enables you to effectively bridge the gap between sales and technical teams, ensuring that proposed solutions are both technically sound and aligned with customer needs.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner allows you to connect with a diverse array of contacts, from technical stakeholders to business executives. You are a world-class individual contributor, ready to take on challenges and contribute to the success of Toptal.

What you'll do

As a Technology Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for preparing and positioning complex technology solutions, including software, cloud services, and professional or managed services, to enterprise and SMB customers. You will act as a bridge between the sales and technical teams, ensuring that the solutions proposed are not only technically sound but also tailored to meet the specific business needs of customers. Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their challenges and articulating how Toptal's offerings can provide value.

You will collaborate with the sales team to support revenue growth initiatives, leveraging your expertise to create compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of Toptal's technology solutions. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the go-to-market strategies for new offerings, ensuring that they resonate with target audiences. You will also be involved in gathering feedback from clients to refine and enhance Toptal's service offerings, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
